    The pieces size in the 17.6LB bag is approximately: mostly medium: 70% of medium sized pieces of 2 to 3 inches, 30% 1 1/3 to 2 inches. Which is perfect for most Weber Kettles, Weber Smokey Mountain WSM, Barrel Grills, Gravity feeders etc. This is the perfect charcoal for any occasion that will produce great tasting food.

    Works well for direct and indirect grilling as well as smoking.

    The best

    This is one of my favorite lump Charcoal to use, great flavor it burns long and slow. I love it, every time we have a pool party people always ask me. What Charcoal do you use and I recommend for them to try out fogo lump Charcoals. The eucalyptus one is my favorite 😍 I used it for my Dino ribs and picanha as well for my ribs and chicken. Every product fogo has is amazing.. Please get the eucalyptus one back in stock, I'll be waiting to place my next order.

    Great for short cooks

    This is a great choice for short cooks. My go to for skirt steak and burgers. Smaller but even pieces that heat quick. Flavor is not to strong but enjoyable.

    Flavor Profile Mistake

    I appreciate the "sustainable" goals of FOGO Charcoal and more. I have wanted to try the Eucalyptus charcoal as a new product. I appreciated the quality and size of lumps. It lit easily and burned slowly and well. Sadly, my first cook with it was chicken and the eucalyptus created a flavor profile that, at least to my taste, was not good. I will look forward to trying it another time with some beef, but I don't think eucalyptus and chicken go well together.
