Biggest Inspiration... Like many my biggest inspiration would be my Grandfather. He would cook Old School style over hot coals for the Cowboys on the Ranches in South Texas, and the satisfaction the Cowboys got from knowing and enjoying meals my grandfather created is the inspiration I use to this day on the competition trail.
